What is a Configuration

A configuration tells your server which game to start.
Game settings and save games are associated with this configuration.
This also means that if you delete a configuration, your save games will be deleted as well.

Creating a Configuration

Creating a configuration is easy.
Click on Gameserver on the left, then click on Add Game in the middle.
Then make your settings and complete the setup process.

Note: There are games in which, for example, the map cannot be changed after the first start!
In this case, it is advisable to create the configuration but not start it yet.
Make the desired changes and then start the configuration.

Editing a Configuration

If you want to change the settings of your configuration, you need to open it first.
To do this, either click on the name in the server overview or on the gray cogwheel.
You usually have 2 different modes available for editing.

Basic Mode

In Basic Mode, you can make basic settings such as the server name.
This mode is available for all games.

Advanced Mode

This mode allows you to edit the server’s configuration files via our web interface.
Useful for those settings that can only be made in these files.
Not every game supports this mode, such as Farming Simulator 22!

Starting, Stopping, or Restarting a Configuration

You can start, stop, or restart your configuration at any time in the server overview.
To start, simply click the blue play button. If a configuration is already running, it will be grayed out.
You can simply stop it by clicking the blue stop button.
And if you want to restart a configuration, just click the button with the two interlocking arrows.

Deleting a Configuration

In order to delete a configuration, it must not be running!
The configuration can then be deleted under Gameserver by clicking on the red trash can.

Important: Deleting cannot be undone!
Please download your save game from the server beforehand, otherwise it will be lost!
