Setting up a Favicon in Minecraft

Do you want to have your own logo next to your Minecraft server?
That’s very simple!
However, the image must meet a few requirements:

  • it must be in PNG format
  • The size must be 64 x 64 pixels
  • the name must be server-icon.png
  1. Start and stop your server. The status of your server must be Server not running!
  2. Connect with your FTP client to Gameserver FTP.
    You can find the login data in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP.
  3. upload your favicon to the following directory:
    /minecraft-data/
  4. start your server
