Downloading Savegame in Ark

In this article, we will describe how you can easily download your savegame.

Tip: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.

Please follow these steps:

1. Stop your server. The status of your server should be “Server not running!”
2. Connect to the Savegames-FTP using your FTP program.
   You can find the login details in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP.
3. You can find your savegame in the following folder:
   ConfigID/ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks
   Note: The ConfigID or Configuration ID for your server can be found on our website under Gameserver.
   For example, if your ConfigID is 123456, the path would look like this: /123456/ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks
4. Download the “SavedArks” folder. This way, you will download the entire game progress at once.
