Counter Strike What is Metamod

Metamod replaces the game.dll of Halflife, allowing different plugins to access the Halflife Engine alternately. Metamod is necessary for AMX Mod X. Metamod is automatically activated whenever you activate a mod that requires Metamod. However, you can also manually activate it under Add-Ons. Important: In Advanced Mode, after activating Metamod, you must manually adjust the liblist.gam. Find the entry

gamedll_linux "dlls/cs_i386.so"`

and modify it as follows:

gamedll_linux "addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so"

Then click on Save.
