How to Start Savage Wilds in Conan Exiles

To edit the Engine.ini via the web interface, add the following under the line

[/Script/EngineSettings.GameMapsSettings]
ServerDefaultMap=/Game/Mods/Savage_Wilds/Savage_Wilds

Additionally, edit the Game.ini via the web interface, and add the following under the line

[/Script/Engine.GameSession]
MaxPlayers=8
StartupMap=Isle of Siptah|/Game/Mods/Savage_Wilds/Savage_Wilds,Exiled Lands|/Game/Mods/Savage_Wilds/Savage_Wild

Lastly, add the mod (ID 2377569193) to the mod list.
To start the server WITHOUT the DLC again, change the line back to:

ServerDefaultMap=/Game/Maps/ConanSandbox/ConanSandbox
