Download Savegame for Frozen Flame

In this article, we will describe how to download your savegame for Frozen Flame.
Tip: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.

Follow these steps:

  1. Stop your server. The status of your server should be “Server not running”.
  2. Connect to the Savegames-FTP using your FTP program.
    You can find the login details in the FTP overview when you click on FTP.
  3. Your savegame can be found in the following directory:
    ConfigID/FrozenFlame/Saved/SaveGames
    Note: You can find the ConfigID or Configuration ID for your server on our page under Gameserver.
    If your ConfigID is 123456, the path would look like this: /123456/FrozenFlame/Saved/SaveGames.
  4. Download the “SaveGames” folder.
